GymBro Terms of Service

GymBro is a humorous accountability service that schedules reminders and verifies user-initiated gym check-ins. It does not provide medical advice, exercise programming, emergency services, or guaranteed fitness outcomes.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, control the phone number you verify, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Never use GymBro to send messages to another person without that person’s own verification and explicit consent.

Recurring price and billing interval are shown before checkout. Launch pricing has no credit-card free trial. A future configured trial, if offered, will disclose its length, limits, and conversion terms before purchase. Stripe handles payment information and provides a cancellation portal. Taxes may apply.

Do not use GymBro to harass, threaten, stalk, evade location controls, interfere with providers, or generate unlawful messaging. Stop exercise and seek qualified help for injury, illness, or medical concerns. Pausing for recovery is always allowed.

Mobile networks, browsers, location services, payment providers, and cloud systems can fail. We may delay or stop automated messages to protect users, compliance, or costs. The service is provided as available, subject to applicable consumer law.

Gym search and map features use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
